Marta Sales nasce em Lisboa em 1980. Frequenta a pós-graduação de ilustração e animação digital, na ESAD de Matosinhos. É arquitecta e estudou iIustração e Banda Desenhada no Ar.co.. Começou por trabalhar como arquitecta, posteriormente deu aulas de desenho e ilustração. Atualmente trabalha como ilustradora, animadora e autora de banda desenhada, tendo publicado com as editoras Dor de Cotovelo, Sapata Presse A tua mãe.

Nos tempos livres dedica-se à música.

Marta Sales was born in Lisbon in 1980. She is currently enrolled in a post-graduation course in digital illustration and animation at ESAD Matosinhos. She graduated in architecture, and worked in that field for a few years. Later, she studied illustration and comic in Ar.Co, and she also taught courses on drawing and illustration. She currently works as an illustrator, animator and comics author, and has published through Dor de Cotovelo, Sapata Pres and A tua mãe.

In her free time, she dedicates herself to music.
